BRIAN FOLEY, PRESIDENT & CEO

Brian Foley earned an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Orange County Community
College in Middletown, NY. Our president demonstrates a hands-on approach by his leadership,
instructing others, and preserving company integrity that makes Briger Security Guard Services
Inc. an attractive company to work for in the security industry. He is a New York State certified
security guard and security guard instructor as well as a certified American Red Cross First Aid /
CPR instructor.

Brian has 14 years of hands-on experience working in all aspects of the security industry. Brian is
responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations for Briger Security's personnel and acts
accordingly to uphold and address New York State qualifications and requirements for that of a
security guard company. His accomplishments can include certification in simulation-based
training for command post personnel for school campuses offered by HOMELAND SECURITY.
Brian's innovative approach, leadership and expertise in security has enabled Briger Security
Guard Services, Inc. to grow and maintain the highest level of professionalism for a security guard
service company.

GREG GENNARO, VICE PRESIDENT & CFO

Greg Gennaro earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from the State University of
New York at Oneonta. Our CFO demonstrates his financial expertise through business operation
logistics and company operational strategies. Greg is responsible for monitoring and upholding
New York State laws of that required of a disciplined financial and operational plan. His analytical
abilities have served to consistently achieve financial goals for Briger Security. He has received
the proper New York State certifications for becoming a security guard as well as being First Aid /
CPR certified. Greg has eight years corporate office operations experience and four years security
operations experience.

Greg's entrepreneurial spirit has helped Briger Security develop their expertise as a security
guard company from the very beginning. Greg proudly serves as the financial backbone and
strategist to Briger Security Guard Services Inc.

FAST FACTS

Briger Security Guards can provide service armed and un-armed client sites.

Briger Security Guards can be uniformed or plain clothes depending on your needs.

All Briger guards are licensed by New York State.

All newly hired guards have their finger prints checked by New York State and the Federal
Bureau of Investigations for a national criminal history record check. They also are pre-
screened and receive a drug test before being assigned for duty.

All guards must receive an accuracy rating of 100% on our site specific training test to be
considered “ready for duty”.

We are a certified New York State security guard training school.

We offer as well as require all our security guard personnel to take the FIRST AID & CPR
training certification course through The American Red Cross.

Briger Security Guard Services was created in 2004 by two, dynamic, local businessmen with the
vision of starting a security company with energy, enthusiasm, and producing real results.

Briger Security Guard Services is a result oriented security service company that offers security
guard services to types of clients in New York State.

We provide New York State licensed security guards for hire at an hourly rate.
Our focus for quality requires Briger guards to be New York State Licensed and independently
bonded and insured.
